Announcing the 2022 Dogeparty Foundation Community Directors
On December 9th 2021, the Dogeparty Foundation announced the start of its blockchain-based election for five Community Director seats, that will together with the 3 Founding Members, officially represent the Dogeparty project, help shape its direction and ensure an active and transparent leadership.
During the voting period, a total of 120,602.46583288 votes were given to eight community director candidates via broadcasts.
Today, at block #4,044,240 we closed the voting and are happy to announce the names of our new Dogeparty Foundation Community Directors.
Here are the voting results:
Based on the results, Theo Goodman (@theogoodman), Daniel Nasev (@TheWizard), Ernest Sonyi (@Valiant401), Christian Burns (@christianb), and Andre Guettler (@Doggfather) have been elected as the next Dogeparty Foundation Community Directors for the term of one year. We thank everyone who participated in the election and showed their support for the candidates and the foundation.
The newly formed foundation will, among other things, hold regular monthly meetings discussing project goals, form public relations tasks groups and work with the development team to form project roadmaps.
We’re excited to have Theo, Daniel, Ernest, Christian, and Andre aboard the foundation and are certain they’ll make great contributions that are in the best interest of the Dogeparty project and its community.
